Just want to let you know that the experience of selling our home and buying a new home here at Volare has been one of the best decisions we've made. We met LuzMaria last summer when we toured the model homes and we were impressed with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the market. We came back many times before we decided to buy a townhome here and were well aware of the market issues, but we decided it was really what we wanted. Yes, we felt it was a bit of a risk but we had faith in LuzMaria, the quality of the homes, and yes, we checked out Marnella homes, and we found that they were well respected in the building field.
 
We listed our home with Marnella Homes and made a contingent offer on our townhome. The Marnella team came together and sold our home in approx. 90 days. Tony was also involved and helped negotiate the deal. He was even nice enough to extend our contingency offer length. They did everything to make sure that our home sale went through, we were directed to an excellent mortgage broker and we still had time to customize our new home. We moved in on March 7, 2008.
 
We love it here!  Our lovely yard is maintained, and there is the membership to Aerie Golf should we want to play a game or use their work out room. This area is a fabulous area for walking complete with stairs past the park, where you can walk up to the other neighborhoods and enjoy the incredible view. Thank you for making my new Volare townhome purchase a pleasant experience. I have found everyone to be very professional and helpful at all times. I love to travel and really appreciate going away and knowing my yard work is being maintained by professional landscapers. The neighborhood is very tranquil and beautiful and only a few minutes from the Clackamas Town Center and other retail  stores. The convenience of the freeway and proximity to the airport is a definite plus with gas prices soaring. Having an energy efficient unit has kept my utility costs down. I have lived in the Mathew Frank Condominiums in St. Johns since Aug. 2006. I love my place--the craftsmanship, the layout of the condo, all of its features, and the location. My experience has been a positive one. Luz helped me acquire my condo and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so excited about my new place that I checked in with her almost every week (I bought my condo before it was done being built) to see how things were going. She seemed to share in the joy of my excitement. After I moved in, if there was ever a minor problem or something that needed fixing they were always prompt in calling me back and scheduling the necessary appt. to take care of any problem.
