At Marnella Homes, we value you, our buyer. We understand the importance of selling your current home before you can move forward and purchase a new Volare townhome. And we realize that the prospect of updating your current home to maximize its sales potential may seem overwhelming. In addition, the cost to hire a real estate professional to market and sell your home can be expensive. Our Home Selling Assistance Program may be able to assist you so that you can purchase your dream home instead of settling for less.
We want to make this process easier and help you keep more of your home equity when you sell. Our Home Selling Assistance Program can help you maximize your profit while reducing the stress involved in selling your home.
Our program includes the following assistance:
- We will list your home for a 3% brokerage fee. This will result in a 50% savings to you compared to hiring a traditional outside broker. We will list and market your home. If the buyer is represented by another agent, that outside agent will receive a 2.7% commission on closing. Your total fee will be capped at 3%.
- We will have our Volare interior designer tour your home and make recommendations on staging furniture as well as suggesting updates to the property (like new carpet/flooring, lighting, interior/exterior paint, etc.) that would ensure you a quick sale at the highest possible price.
- We will coordinate any needed repairs, such as caulking, dry rot repair, and other maintenance items that might hinder a sale if not addressed.
- At the time of closing on your new Volare home, we will refund the cost of these repairs/updates to your current home, up to a maximum of $5,000.
